Young Masters exclusive Body Blast Fitness Class offers a total body workout including Core Work, Strength and Cardio!  Kettlebells, Ropes,TRX Suspension Training and Body Weight Training all come together to create the personalized workout with the individual attention you deserve. Our Kickboxing 101, Starting Stamina and Total Body TRX classes are sure to give you the work out you are looking for.

A Typical Class At Young Masters Martial Arts Includes Stretching And Warm Up Exercises, Training On Basic Hand And Foot Techniques, Teaching And Practice Of Multistep Forms, Choreographed One-Step And Three Step Movements With A Partner, Self Defense Training, And Free Sparring.
